ABOUT

For the designer and photographer Ayse Tasci it is a particular focus to put in scene people and their stories. Born in Aydin/Turkey in 1983, she lives and works in Bonn/Germany since 2003. Ayse holds a diploma of Folkwang University of Arts, Essen/Germany, in Communications Design. She is working since 2010 as a freelance photographer and designer for portrait photography, photo journalism and corporate communications. In parallel, Ayse is deeply engaged in social, political, intercultural and interreligious photography projects. Her ambition is to create a space for open discourse, controversial debates and dialog between photography art and people. For her photography is not only about creating images – but to mirror the obvious reality. Her intention is to create a reflection of the society we are living in.
